Booking & Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our secure patient portal, website, or by phone. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent using your selected communication preferences.

Payments & Billing

Payment is required for services provided. We accept secure electronic payment methods. Details regarding fees, insurance processing, and payment authorization are reviewed during intake and outlined in your patient agreement.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate insurance estimates, coverage and patient responsibility are ultimately determined by your insurance plan. Final balances are adjusted once insurance processing is complete.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in a late cancellation or no‑show fee.

Repeated missed or late‑canceled appointments may affect your ability to continue scheduling services with the practice.

Specific fees and enforcement details are provided during intake and in your patient agreement.

Telehealth services are delivered using secure technology. While we strive for reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors outside our control, such as internet connectivity, device compatibility, or third‑party platform issues.

Telehealth services are not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
